We love to feature our raw honey and comb on our menus. We also show case different vegetables and meats that we raise on our farm!

SHIRLEYS GREENHOUSE

Located at Didsbury, AB.  a 36,000 sq. ft. greenhouse that grows tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers,and other greens without the use of pesticides. They also grow 12 acres of field vegetables. Find them at the Calgary Farmers Market or sign up for one of their CSA programs!

PIERRE LAMIELLE

Chef Pierre A, Lamielle is the award winning cookbook author of Alice Eats: A Wonderland Cookbook and Kitchen Scraps: A humorous illustrated cookbook. Both won best illustrated cooking in the world at the Gourmand cookbook awards. His latest cookbook Munchy Munchy Cookbook for Kids comes out Fall 2019!

He prefers cooking with friends but is not afraid of a little friendly culinary competition. He even competed on Top Chef Canada and Chopped Canada, which he won.
